i am caregiver for fred o. duran kaiser med. # 9312636 and need to speak with a social worker about preparing the necessary papers that must be filed etc., in regard to mr. fred o. duran.. he has been on hospice care now for about 2 mo’s and it’s possible that i may need to take care of the paper work sooner rather than later…i’ve already taken care of the cremation arrangements but now i’d like to start getting a list of the next 10 or so things that must be taken care of right after passing……i’ve left several calls for my social worker; mrs pena, at the vna tel number but i haven’t gotten any response for over two weeks…please advise as time is of the essence…..thank you….. robert thompson, care giver
